You will need to get out of your comfort zone for short amounts of time, literally!!!
Just to let you know, from my experience if you are not getting the results that you desire then you are inexperienced and need to chat to a PT, Coach or a Health Professional that clearly understands your wants and needs and situation.
HITT Training is not for everyone, but if you want to see amazing results then this is the best way to exercise if you are up for it?
How many times per week should you do HITT training?
2-3 Times Per Week
How long should your HITT sessions last for?
Generally, 30minutes consisting of 5min warm-up 20min HITT and 5min cool down
